You may ask “how?” Well, the participants at the weekly 8 a.m. Thursday sessions at Star Financial Bank are connecting with each other, of course, and passing business among the members. But that’s just part of the equation.

Another factor is the feedback that the attendees receive from each other: accountability for referrals passed, business-building ideas, and the inspiration you receive when you’re in a room full of people dedicated to bringing positive results to everything they do!

We have done some of the “standard” Rainmakers activities, and those have been very helpful. In addition, you might have noticed I’m a fan of Jack Klemeyer’s participation with the group. On one hand, he’s a businessperson like the rest of us. On the other, he’s a business coach with a track record of helping businesses expand into much higher productivity and profits!
